Ordered these as part of a vegan festive feast. Seared and pan fried then served in a garlic, thyme and wine reduction. The texture was beautiful!
We also diced some up, mixed with pecans, oyster mushrooms and fresh herbs to make an incredible "sausage" roll. Very pleased.
