Installing a Hydroponic System at Roe Restaurant, Wood Wharf, London
Roe is the latest addition to the renowned London restaurant scene, following in the footsteps of its sister restaurant, Fallow. With a world-renowned reputation for culinary excellence and a wildly popular YouTube channel, the restaurant is dedicated to promoting sustainability through its design, décor, and practices. Every restaurant dreams of having fresh produce readily available, and Roe has made that dream a reality. We have designed and installed state-of-the-art and fully customised hydroponic and aeroponic systems to produce abundant harvests of fresh herbs and fruits for use in the kitchen. This case study represents a significant step towards promoting climate-friendly solutions, yielding fresh and nutrient-dense food while minimising water usage and eliminating food miles.
